Robert Mancini

Robert Mancini - Grand Regent

Robert is an initiate of the Delta Phi Chapter at UC San Diego. He previously served on the International Executive Committee as the Grand Vice-Regent (2015-2017) and Grand Counselor (2013-2015) and served as GCC Planning chair for the 58th Grand Council Convention in Naples in 2017. He has also served the Fraternity at the inaugural Gulf Coast Province Supervisor (2012-2013), final Province VIII Supervisor (2011-2012), and Province VII Assistant Supervisor (2009-2011). Prior to his work at the international level, Robert served as Province IX Vice-Satrap (2007-2008) and Satrap (2008-2009). Robert currently works as the BMT/Heme Pharmacy Program Coordinator and PGY2 Oncology Residency Director at St. Luke’s Mountain States Tumor Institute in Boise.

Christy Askew

Christy Askew - Grand Vice Regent

Christy was initiated into Epsilon Chapter at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. She has previously served on the International Executive Committee as Grand Counselor 2015-2017 and Grand Historian 2013-2015. Christy has served the Fraternity as Supervisor for Mountain East Province (2012-2013), Province III Supervisor (2005-2007) and Province X Supervisor (2001-2003) as well as Assistant Supervisor for Provinces I (2007-2009) and II (2009-2011). Additionally she was appointed as Parliamentarian of the 56th Grand Council Convention and as Province Supervisor Liaison from 2007-2009. 

Christy currently works as a critical care pharmacist at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, MN. 

Jason Milton

Jason is an initiate of the Gamma Phi Chapter at the University of Georgia. He previously served on the International Executive Committee as the Grand Ritualist (2015-2017) and Graduate Member-at-Large (2013-2015) and served as Publications Committee Chair from 2015-2017. He has also served as Province VII Supervisor (2011-2012), Province IX Supervisor (2009-2011), and as the inaugural Satrap of the Atlantic Province. Jason currently works as a resident in neurological surgery in Columbus, OH.

Melissa Buchanan

Melissa Buchanan - Grand Historian

Melissa is a Fall 2008 initiate of the Delta Lambda Chapter at Campbell University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences. She is continuing her term as Grand Historian and International History Committee Chairperson (2015 - 2019). She previously served as the Great Lakes Assistant Supervisor (2013 - 2015) and on a province level, she was the Province III Historian (2011 - 2012). Melissa is board certified in geriatrics and currently works as a professional services supervisor at the Omnicare Clinical Intervention Center in Spartanburg, SC.

Mike Starvaggi

Mike is a 1987 Initiate of Delta Epsilon Chapter at Duquesne University. He served on the International Executive Committee as the Graduate Member-at-Large (2015-2017). He was the inaugural Atlantic Province Supervisor (2012-2015) and the inaugural Satrap for the Northeast Province (2013-2014). He was Province I  (2009-2011), and Province IV  (2005-2009) Supervisor. He was also Satrap of Province II (1992-1993 and 1997-1998). He has served on many Fraternity Committees:  Publications, Public Relations, and Eby Award, just to name a few. He also served as chair of the Grand Council Convention Foundation Raffle Committee (2005-2009). Mike lives with his wife and three children in Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania, where he works as a retail pharmacist for Giant Foods.

Chris Miller

Chris is an initiate of the Beta Kappa Chapter at the University of Pittsburgh. He was elected to his first term on the International Executive Committee at the 58th Grand Council Convention in Naples as Graduate Member-at-Large. He has also served the Fraternity as the Coordinator of Province Affairs (2015-2017) and as the Southeast Province Supervisor (2013-2015). Prior to his work at the international level, Chris served as the inaugural Mountain East Province Satrap (2012-2013), Province II Satrap (2008-2010) and Province II Treasurer (2006-2008). Chris currently works as a Pharmacy District Leader for Giant Eagle in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Joe Nardolillo

Joe is an 2012 initiate of the Beta Epsilon Chapter at the University of Rhode Island.  Before being elected to the International Executive Committee as Collegiate Member-at-Large, Joe served as the 2016-2017 Satrap of the Northeast Province. Joe will be graduating from the University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy in May 2018 and will begin a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Albuquerque Indian Health Center.

Johnny Porter

Johnny W. Porter - Executive Director

Johnny was initiated into Kappa Psi at Delta Beta ,Southwestern Oklahoma State University, in 1971. He was elected to the fraternity Executive Committee from 1985 to 1995 as Graduate Member at Large, Grand Historian-Ritulist, Grand Counselor, Grand Vice Regent, Grand Regent and Past Grand Regent. He served as The Editor of The Mask from 1994 to 2009.

He also served as a Province Supervisor to Provinces I,III,IV, V and VIII. He served as Convention Chairman for the 42nd and 45th GCCs. He has been on the International Executive Committee either as a member or employee ,continuously, since 1985.

He has represented Kappa Psi as President of the College Fraternity Editors Association and as President of The Professional Fraternity Association. He presently serves as the Executive Director of Kappa Psi, accepting that position in 2008. He retired as a community pharmacist in 2016 after 43 years of practice.
