Membership Card (Replacement)

This item must be requested from the Central Office. To get the replacement the current replacement charge must be paid before the order will be requested.

Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity replacement membership cards will be printed with the current Grand Regent signature, not the signature of the Grand Regent at the time of initiation.
